Building the Timberland Medical Centre website meant translating a mid‑sized hospital’s extensive clinical services into a patient-friendly online experience. The main challenges included clearly presenting over 24 medical specialties with 70+ specialist doctors, highlighting patient statistics and facilities (like 82 licensed beds), and conveying trust for both local and international patients. Ensuring seamless access to emergency contacts, appointment booking, and international patient guidance—while keeping performance and navigation intuitive—was vital.
We crafted a clean, responsive platform aligned with Timberland’s brand and IHH Healthcare standards. Core features included clear specialty listings (cardiology, orthopaedics, oncology, etc.), “Find a Doctor” functionality, 24/7 emergency contact visibility, and integrated information for international patients. Informational sections on rooms, rates, and packages support medical tourism. The result: enhanced transparency, improved patient confidence, simplified navigation, and a cohesive online profile that supports both patient engagement and hospital credibility.
