Crafting a digital presence for International Travel Canada meant encapsulating both retail travel booking and wholesale B2B relationships. Core challenges included clearly articulating the value for both individual customers—such as curated vacation and pilgrimage tours—and corporate partners that require integration with a B2B portal. Additional complexity involved communicating consolidation services (airfare aggregation), GDS-enabled booking engines, transactional automation, and support for business clients—all while assuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and global partnership reach.
We built a unified platform featuring:
Dual-portal UX: A retail interface for consumer travel bookings—including flights, hotels, packages, and pilgrimage tours—and a secure B2B portal for sub-agencies with wallet management, credit tracking, and inventory access.
Consolidator booking engine: Enables partner agencies to access competitive consolidated fares, issue PNRs, bundle services, and manage bookings through an automation-enabled system.
Technology-driven automation: Back-end workflows, lead generation, billing, and itinerary building are streamlined to minimize manual errors and enhance conversion efficiency.
Trustworthiness and global reach: Messaging highlights experience since 2006, connection to 70+ airlines, GDS-certified consultants, regulatory accreditation (TICO), and expertise in pilgrimage and global tourism.
Results: The portal reinforces business credibility and operational scale, boosting adoption among sub-agency partners and retail users alike. It enabled real-time booking workflows, improved service visibility, and supported structured growth for both consumer-facing and agency segments.
