Our Challenge

Building a digital presence for this host agency meant crafting a compelling message for both aspiring and experienced travel agents in Canada. The platform needed to articulate its tiered commission structures (up to 100%), annual and monthly fee models, and standout support compared to other host agencies. Communicating unique advantages—like shared backend supplier deals, strong community, GDS and consortia access, and expert training—had to feel credible and inviting. Reinforcing this was essential due to perceptions of high startup costs or MLM-like host agency models in industry forums.
