Our Challenge

When building CQ Food’s platform, the key challenge was translating granular biometric food quality data into an accessible system for producers and supply chain stakeholders. The solution had to:

• Deliver real-time feedback on ingredient quality at each stage of production

• Support certification branding through a custom QC label

• Manage intuitive data inputs—from lab metrics to batch identifiers

• Provide repeatable outputs usable by customers, distributors, and audit bodies—all while respecting the regulatory context of Canadian food standards.

Solution & Result

We designed a streamlined platform with two core features:

• Real-Time Quantified Quality Feedback: Producers input data during receiving, processing, and finished goods stages. The system provides biometric-based quality scores and flags batch-specific issues, enabling quality assurance response before products leave the facility.

• Branded Certification Program: Successful batches are awarded a CQ-certified label showcasing food credibility. This seal acts as a visible trust signal for retailers, exporters, and consumers—turning lab data into market differentiators.
