Creating Proyekin’s platform involved addressing two core needs: a streamlined logistics experience for customers ordering construction materials and an efficient dashboard for suppliers managing large catalogs. The challenge lay in designing a seamless e-commerce model that combined real‑time stock visibility from multiple suppliers, flexible payment options, transparent pricing, plus tracking of delivery via a partner network across Jabodetabek and Karawang—all while maintaining clarity and ease of use.

Solution & Result

We built a robust marketplace ecosystem featuring supplier integrations, order-tracking dashboards, and flexible payment methods. User interfaces were optimized for both bulk orders from contractors and one-off purchases by individuals. Key features included transparent pricing, driver/partner dispatch visibility, and future-ready modules like integrated credit and unified transaction dashboards. The platform now supports over 500 delivery vehicles from 30+ partners, helping streamline procurement and delivery timelines, enhancing transparency and operational efficiency—for both end customers and suppliers
