FinMT’s core challenge was to make deeply technical financial operations efficient and modern. The platform needed to support complex portfolio analytics, real-time cash reconciliation, fee generation, compliance-engine custom rules, and secure dashboards—all while integrating easily with legacy systems used by Canadian banks and investment firms.

Solution & Result

We developed a unified suite of modular tools built on a .NET framework to streamline financial workflows:

• FinALPS: Advanced fixed-income portfolio management with search capabilities, transaction analysis, and valuation tools for portfolio and quantitative analysts.

• CashMan: Real-time cash and trade reconciliation system designed to minimize overdrawn trades and idle balances for broker-dealers and asset managers.

• FinDash: Mobile executive dashboards offering live performance metrics and business intelligence at a glance.

• FinPanel: A rules-based compliance engine enabling asset managers to define and enforce risk guidelines without IT dependency.

• FinFee: Automated fee and statement cycle generation, reducing manual accounting work and enhancing transparency.

These applications can operate standalone or as an integrated platform connected to standardized market-data feeds and legacy infrastructure. This flexibility allowed FinMT to deploy across multiple Canadian financial institutions with high retention and adoption.
