Our Challenge

Designing the PHC portal for Kasih Ibu Hospital required integrating critical healthcare services into a user-centric online platform. The challenge was to create a site that facilitated easy access to pharmacy orders, medical consultations, and emergency information—while ensuring clarity, HIPAA-style data security, multilingual support, and mobile responsiveness.

Solution & Result

We built a clean, professional portal aligned with hospital branding that highlights pharmacy services (including round-the-clock availability), online appointment booking, and clear navigation paths for both inpatients and outpatients. Secure user authentication and streamlined information architecture improved usability for patients and staff. The final platform enhanced patient engagement, reduced administrative friction, and integrated pharmacy and medical service access seamlessly within the broader KIH ecosystem.
